Happy Feet Childminding prides itself on the qualified and passionate staff who will nurture and educate your children.
We actively seek staff that are enthusiastic about early years and our Happy Feet family ethos. They strive to develop their knowledge further and go out of their way to make a difference. We have staff from a broad range of ages and backgrounds who all have special qualities to offer alongside special interests within early years.
Key Persons
All children deserve to be special to someone and the Keyperson approach recognises this. Your child will have a Keyperson who will work closely with your family to ensure they know your child well and understand their needs, giving them a sense of belonging. This is a vital principle in the Early Years Foundation Stage. It is a reciprocal relationship between a member of staff, the individual child and their family.
Your child will be allocated a keyperson on their settling in session, the key worker will know each individual key child and support their sense of identity and individuality. They will be aware of their individual and family needs, preferences and development.
Angelica
Owner/ Manager: (Ba) hon Early years and education studies
Working in early years for 10 plus years helping children to thrive learning through play and child lead activities.
Angelica is registered with OFFSTED, is SENCO trained and is great at meeting the diverse needs of each individual child in our care.
Angelica believes all children should eat a healthy balanced meal and ensure all children have a balanced diet at Happy Feet Childminding, she says ‘there is no such thing as good food or bad food, everything in moderation ensure children don’t label food and make good food choices’.
Angelica is bilingual and speaks, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and is always ready to learn more.
Gizem
Early Years Practitioner
Joined our team in 2025. Gizem enjoys teaching the children good manners, puzzle making, and she really enjoys reading books. Gizem is starting her new career in early years and is very passionate in providing children with a happy start to their education journey. Gizem was formally a surgical nurse in Turkey before starting her new adventure in the Uk.
Reece
Reece has been covering for staff for the past 4 years. Reece provides a fun energy for the children. He is always full of beans and is great at getting the children active through football, running, and challenging children to always try there best. He enjoys making children laugh with jokes and fun story telling.
Bebiana (vicky)
Early Years Practitioner/SENCO/ First Aider:
Currently completing her level 3 training in early years.
Vicky is here to help you and others understand your childs needs to make their learning easier; helps to spot these needs and can put in place, or make referrals for, relevant support to help your child succeed. Vicky has been part of our family team since 2016 she is funny and loves working with young children helping them take big steps in their learning.
Vicky is bilingual and speaks Portuguese, English and French.
Susanna
Early Years Assistant
Zuzana enjoys creating fun and new experiences for children to explore and learn. She enjoys spending most of her time outdoors exploring nature with our Happy Feet children. Zuzana enjoys teaching the children Spanish through songs, games and activities.
