Payment:
You will all receive an invoice at the beginning of every month, this is your childcare bill for that month. The invoice should be paid by the 3rd of every month unless you pay by voucher. Late payment will be fined with a £5 fee per date the bill has been outstanding. If for any reason you are unable to pay your bill, please speak to Angelica, who will be able to assist you.

Starter fee:
A non-refundable fee is required to reserve a non funded place for your child. This will be £75 and goes to word settling in session and the welcome pack. 

Retainer:
If you want us to hold a place for your child we will ask you to pay us half fees until your child joins us. Please bare in mind we cannot hold funded places.

Settling in Session:
These session are put in place to help children ease into the setting and adapt to their new environment. This consist of;

• 1h play and stay with mummy and key worker - where your contract will be completed and any payments will be made.

• Another 2 sessions of 2/3h where child is left on their own at nursery. 

Holidays:
In order to facilitate our holiday requirements we will be closed during the following periods:

• 2 to 3 weeks during August.

• 1 to 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year.

• We will provide exact dates in advance to give you maximum notice and we will not charge for these periods. We are also closed on all the bank holidays and for staff training. 

Please note:

• We accept childcare vouchers and Tax-Free childcare

• We accept payment Bank transfer and cash 

• Any extra admin time required by parents to create documents in relation to setting invoices may be charged.

• We close for bank holidays. 

• We do not offer refunds for sickness or children holidays
